Many "target" dates have been set by Fisher / BEHL and rarely ever do they meet them. But hey, maybe this time. LOL!
And if they do reach this target is it really beneficial to share holders ? It sounds nice though "dividend"... Just say it to your self a few times... ooooh exciting ! Now try saying "slick reverse split".... ooooh not so exciting.
