#14409 RE: righty #14408

Considering what exactly?

WalMart had the opportunity to place the game in as many stores as they felt demand would warrant.

Unless you can specifically show me where it says the games was limited to a set number such as 1, 10, 200 or 4,300 then I do not see your contention as being accurate or logical.

Select number leaves the number up to WalMart to decide. Now if it said we will only sell these games in 150 WalMart stores located in the Bible Belt then yes I would concede that the WalMart agreement in 2006 was limited to a set number of stores but when WalMart says they will sell the game in select stores where there is demand they are stating that the number is only limited to the demand of the game and not by some binding agreement to place them in only 10, 100 or 1,000 stores.

It says to me that they will sell them wherever there is a demand for them and the number of stores carrying the product is limited only to the demand and not by some binding agreement to carry them in only a preselected lot of stores.

Again, if you have anything that puts a set number of stores I would love to see it. If not then it is interpretation of the information which means we will agree to disagree on what it means.

We could beat this drum all day and night but aside from cluttering the board and pounding our chests it would simply come down to what one beleives the article is saying and that is subjective based on the available information and how one decides to interpret it.

How would one correct an opinion they base on subjective information when there is no proof the opinion is incorrect? All there is here is you saying the article says something different without having any factual information to back it up. I say you are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mine. It all comes down to what you define the information.
