GO800 should offer both live call back and sms text messaging features, could configure GO800 service to fit the needs of companies like COKE and PEPSI who use short code for their promotions.

Example of TXT used as a routing switch:
TXT[space][KEYWORD] to 4600 would give the mobile user a simple return sms text message texted back to the caller. Used for coupon codes, promotions, news, stock qoutes.
Use the KEYWORD by itself and the normal GO800 call back would be used.
Expands what GO800 can do.
