as i said, time from diagnosis was significantly different between groups. it makes comparing the proportion of deaths in each group a little muddled. especially when you compare the 30/10 group to placebo, considering the mean time from diagnosis in the placebo group was 13 months and 23 months in the 30/10 group. that's almost an extra year of ALS progression in the 30/10 groups. the FDA will consider this fact.
