I have known Stan Ovshinski and met him on and off since the first International Convention on Amorphous Semiconductors (Armonk, in 1969, if memory serves) The last time I met him, was in 1988 at the first International Symposium on High Temperature Superconductors in San Diego. He is brilliant, and the world master in getting other people money (OPM) to work for him. As a businessman, he had not shown much for the $ billion or so of OPM he and the various entities he created "took in" in the last 30 plus years. Since prologue is often similar to epilogue, I would not invest in ENER, though the chart, for now, looks much better.
