Yeah, I have never seen any Pink Sheet company retire 99% of their shares. And if they PRd that and they lied about it all they do is get an investigation going by the SEC.

I sent and email to the Transfer Agent to get their response so that I could get it in writing and post it here. We shall see. :-)

Another item to take note on is that is was already at .0002 this morning and has gone down, should have just kept going up, not down IMHO, that is why I am wondering like everyone else if this has really happened. If it has, I will buy first, then post the response from the Transfer Agent, unless of course they are gagged.
