As for using Abbot and Quest as independent sources for HDVY's reliability, I doubt the management teams of either of these behemoths can recall their deals with HDVY, precisely because they "are an ocean to HDC’s sand puddle".

Sadly I also doubt they are paying much attention to their technology in-licensed from HDVY, even if HDVY's supporters use the age-old excuse of scam biotech stock supporters everywhere that the Big Boys at FDA have stolen their homework, often as part of a deliberate conspiracy, apparently, to defraud small investors. Yeah, sure.

BINGO.

That puddle analogy is similar to my fishing one, but better stated. Holders here cling to those deals because they're all our company has. Abbot & Quest probably have 1000 deals each like the one we have.

The FDA excuse is the cousin of the "The only reason XYZTODAMOON Inc. isn't at 13.55/share is because of the MM's!!! There's no way we should be at .004. My TA indicates we should be at least at 7.85/share."

It's really too bad, because if this technology here really is what it's supposed to be, it could be used to save lives. Instead it languishes here with this poorly run company.

#8765 RE: sunspotter #8734

Wow! Good Morning!

Sunspotter. I woke up to a beautiful fall day. I live a fairly simple life with a wife and two dogs. We are city people. Live in a renovate church erected in 1888 which continues to be my labor of love. We buy our produce at the farmer’s market; we love supporting the local farmers; buy organic most of the time – all that urban stuff. We are both overly nice people; charitable (was at a cancer fund raiser last night) compassionate, honest and both very self aware. My wife and I train together for marathons, I spend some spare time with a philosophy book club and we are “foodies,” so dining in the numerous restaurants in our neighborhood is also how my time is spent.

I worked for Quest and LabCorp in a Business Development – then Leadership role starting in 1990 and resigning in 2008, where I have started my own successful consulting business. Quest, LabCorp, Clarient are all clients I’ve said in my 2003 posts most of this and said verbatim that this industry (the industry where HDC is now entrenched) is incestuous; meaning everybody knows everybody else in this relatively niche industry.

So I must say (still waiting for the caffeine to kick in) when I read your post regarding me as some – not just a run-of-the-mill stock scammer, but an upper lever aficionado who has been carrying on secret phone calls with “like” and notorious stock pimps - all trained by some master scammer (Du Bois) whose techniques were popularized in the 1960s … well, I just have to say you have officially frightened me. Oh I laughed after reading this, but it was nervous laugh.

RB and IHUB have my personal information, so in the event of a law suite, I am fully transparent.

Sorry folks, I said many time I think these boards should be used for an exchange of information (no, this is not an aficionado stock scammer technique popularized in the 1960s), but I feel the need to defend myself a little.

OK … I apologize to my wife and two dogs for spending the 15 precious free minutes I have today on this, and apologize to the board … Our investment is NOT about me or Sunspotter, but he has successfully pulled me into this psychodrama that has seemingly been plaguing him since I started posting. I apologize for the length and the redundancy – many of the scripts in Sunspotter’s head have been addressed by me in the past; with no or little response - or interest in further debate. Debate? Sunspotter you have levied a global ad hominem (I know you hate those) regarding my character, so you breached the code of debate conduct. So, as much has I tried to be above the fray with you, I can’t promise anything this time.

Your honor, this is my testimony. The above description of my life is its totality. I have neither the time, nor the dishonest character to study and employ any1960s (or any more recent decades) stock scamming techniques. It is also my testimony that I don’t have anywhere near the knowledge about stocks or the stock market to be involved in anything related to such scams.

I will try to untangle to clumsy prose below, tease out and answer any charges put forth against me.

Right now, my life is requiring my participations, so I will have to adjourn for now.
