I have no idea why you were obsessed with getting a daily update on the outstanding shares. And I haven't seen anything that the transfer agent was "gagged" other than you and supspotter saying it is so. All the changes in outstanding shares are filed with the SEC. I don't know anyone who ever bugged the T/A for the information.
But since you now think it's "obvious" that this company is a scam, you will no doubt sell all your shares on Monday and be gone. If you don't, then you don't really think it's a scam.
It's utterly bizarre the the company would be hatching a sinister plot, just as they are about to meet the shareholders face-to-face. But if you think that, then you have no choice but to sell all your shares for whatever you can get on Monday - and then move on.
You have no further need to bug the T/A or the company or anyone here. Take your evidence to the SEC. Good luck to you in your other investments.
