Elton you could be absolutely correct. I'm sure there are many companys down at this level that desire to be upgraded and turn a massive profit that the people involved have strived so hard for, only to have those dreams crushed by some unknown outside entity that is allowed to profit by bringing honest up and coming businesses to their knees.
You see, the problem down here is investors are so fast to point the finger at the insiders when things don't go their way that they never look at the big picture or do enough DD to see what actually goes on in the pink sheets and OTC stocks.
Ya, theres pump and dump schemes down here, of course there are.
But does it really matter if its a pump and dump scheme or an unfairly manipulated stock? The outcome is always the same.
Unfortunately the true victims are the people without enough experience to see through the smoke and mirrors and purchase millions of shares of these companies thinking they are going to strike it rich, only to learn the hard way thats not how it works down here.
If you have no clue what you are doing and the excitement of owning millions of shares blinds your perception you will end up being the chum in shark infested waters.
