While A/D and OBV lines remain under their respective 21-EMA, ChiOsc is pioneering a 21-EMA cross-over, indicative of a very early buying pressure, yet to be matured into a bullish reversal.
Overall, still guarded, but the chart and forex counter-parts are begging for some technical unwinding for sure.
