Both of those are VERY good points! We already know what this is, a parent holding co. of multiple hedgefunds. At some point in time, that must be officially acknowledged for the reasons you just explained. At this juncture, it seems the time is drawing near. I don't think we will be waiting much longer. As someone here said recently "hang onto your panties" lol.
