Tim..lol..my goal is using regularly on resistance 10,
doing a mile..

if and when I get there, then I thought about adding more distance..

thinking soon of raising the bar to resistance 4..

I can hook this machine up to my computer and go to iFit.com
but I really don't know what happens there..

I guess I need to check that out one day..

(my machine is too far from computer for cord to reach right now)
