I was definitely joking, because it would be funny if it turned out that way. I recall Teva was paying a percentage to Sanofi for selling Copaxone in the US, even as they were taking them to court on the Lovenox patents. Similarly, Teva has filed suit against Natco/Mylan wrt generic Copaxone, so it would fit if they got Lovenox from them. :>)
