Truth is this has the potential to be locked down. But too many flippers (so far the smart ones) to truly be locked down. And most of those who say or think they are locking it will dump it at whatever they perceive as the top, some lockdown. Besides the OS is not locked. CEO said they may increase OS if they have a reason but will let us know ahead of the actual increase. Personally I think that could be good if they used the shares wisely. After all they desperately need to grow this business. As at present it has little going on. Just in the preliminary building stage. Shows potential but have a ways to go to fulfill that potential as you can tell from all previous PRs.
