And that's really the problem. Who wants to believe either. I just have a hard time believing that Monk would spend all the time and effort he did building up his reputation just to pull off something that would put him in prison. I still think this was just a monumental F up.

So you think the CEO of EIGH and Monk are too stupid to figure out early enough that the financing money can't be used for the divi? Heck I wouldn't know what I would prefer. On the one side if they did this on purpose they are scam artists and on the other hand if they didn't know this they are stupid without end. 2 good options... lol
