What kind of actual evidence that "business was happening" did you get during your visit some time ago? Other than talking to the owner what proof did you get that anything was going on (i.e. thinning of other trees, general clearing around plantings, storage, milling, shipping to Raleo)? You mentioned in a post at the time that it looked like they had only visited your trees and done a bit of primping just before your announced arrival. What makes you think at this point that there is any possibility that TATF is a viable business? You seemed somewhat dubious at the time; have you heard anything encouraging since? Have you attempted to contact them, and have they responded with useful information?
We have yet to receive a single piece of tangible and credible evidence on this forum regarding the care and upkeep of investor trees.
