It is clear that a mining boom is now being started. LBSR is in a nice position with cozy neighbors.

This property is nowhere near the LBSR Bonanza Hills property.

It is 150 miles north of Anchorage while the Bonanza Hills is southwest of Anchorage and about 60 miles north of the Big Chunk.
