I believe that Facebook does not comply with Sox404 regulations and I bet that after every statement the CEO did not have a forward looking statement. Additionally, I am not sure if Facebook allows for searchable posted there if you are not a "friend". Thus, more problems with openness and potential insider information.

Thus, we are left with what most other companies do... release PR statements to update investors.

Worse than that.....The anti JBII folks started to use the information provided by the company to actively interfere with company operations.

Remember the calls to the supplier mentioned. DEC has received harassing calls. MIT received harassing calls.

There are good reasons that JBI doesn't put out as much information as we would like.

I also believe that will change as JBII gets further along in it's business plan and becomes less vulnerable.
