That moratorium holds grandather rights to older claims and exploration but limits any new exploration or claims. You need to read it better. It is that moratorium which may give the uranium claims more value since no other exploration companies can purchase claims today. We covered this topic thoroughly in the past.

I don't think so.......they already have the claims and are grand-fathered - this ony protects LBSR from other's moving in and developing. LBSR moved on this 4 years back my friend.

We have the claims and the moratorium is for FUTURE claims/development !!!!

new claims, our claims have been in place, (grandfatherd)our breccia pipe is secure, i believe briscoe will mine these claimes, the big chunck is a segway to this fruition, i believe this is his true goal, but then goald hit 1350, just makes his goal that much closer/sweeter. things are a foot.October is going to be a very very big month don,t be left behind,IMO

Thanks for bringing this up. It is the reason LBSR's Arizona uranium claims have become particularly valuable, in that they are grandfathered in and permitted to be developed, while no new claims are allowed.
