#37473 RE: deet49 #37472

We've had this discussion before about company communications. I believe we will hear something when something of substance is there to report. To keep the shareholders updated is a nice to have, but I'd rather they focus on getting rid of the Daic parties and securing a licensing deal. Tell me about those events, otherwise I'm not going to care too much. I just want to know if we win the court cases and how much money they are going to pay in licensing deals. If a person is not comfortable with the investment and lack of information, I would suggest they move on to another investment. We are in the most positive position we have been in ever. The worry warts are going to worry regardless. What else do they want. They have the Daic parties in state court and Calypso trying to reverse the prior damages. They have a possible licensing deal or some type of deal with Tmob.

What we had with the Daic parties was more agreements putting Calypso into further obligations to the Daic parties, No Deals or possibility of deals and no way to get rid of the Daic parties. They did nothing to enhance shareholder value over the period they have been involved.

If you are reading this board you are getting the latest information concerning the company that was not put out by the company. They are not going to tell you anything unless they need to file an SEC document to address something. I say give up the complaining, follow the board to get information and once things get straightened out maybe Calypso can start posting relevant information.

For the worry warts, you are in a risky investment, with a huge potential for making a large amount of money with your investment. If you can't take it, turn off your computer and check back in Jan 2011 to see how much money you've made. Otherwise I guess you'll just have to worry. These court cases can take a while and nothing is ever certain. I think the Daic parties will negotiate a settlement because they don't really have a choice.
