In case this doesn't work, maybe you could allow management to work together with the hospital that is doing the testing to make sure that they're satisfied with the process, and coordinate the content of the announcements. Then update the potential partners (if they already exist, as has been implied in PR's) about the results, and then hopefully they'll finalize a relationship, and indeed the share price will soar.
