BOMBSHELL! Please read the lawsuit. The lawsuit is pretty clear what they are asking for and it is the value of the damages claimed. He is claiming millions in damages therefore the lawsuit is for millions. Will he win? Who knows? What if he can bring in several other people who say that John promised them millions in the the form of stock?

you must know the outragous claims of millions and millions of dollars from this court case are way over the top when even the negative nillys can't swallow it and post about it....

One PR would put all this back and forth to rest

Any reputable company would do that much for their shareholders and interested potential investors.

Agreed. That is why it is very suspect. The company won't go "on the legal record" and say it, but we have a outsiders making the claims as if they were facts coming from the company, ie the alleged email from the CEO that claimed this. The CEO can always say he didn't write that email.

Below is the real bombshell. So there is an outside connection between Mr. Kaplanis and Mr. Weber. Mr. Kaplanis's company has the same address as PakIt listed in its corporate filings and Mr. Weber is was the registered agent for Pakit and for Mr. Kaplanis's corporation. Alot of activity in Clearwater, FL. Al Sousas corporation is also in Clearwater, FL. So what is the connection between Mr. Weber and Mr. Sousa? Sounds to me like they all know each other or may be have been friends before dealing with JBI. Anyone Know? If they are all friends then I would be surprised if Mr. Sousa would want to do business with someone his friend or "friend of a friend" is suing.
