These signoffs have been for the good of the company as the settlements have been coming in over the past couple of months. The EC has not objected as the settlements are at or below what was set aside by the company. These settlements really are not tied to the POR (The settlement of claims lower than reserves does mean more value to the company and ulitmately the shareholder)
