The court document says both parties asked for a 90 day stay to settle/reach an agreement about the CLYW-TMobile patent infringement suit rather than go to trial. I fully expect the Daic criminal gang will do everything they can to postpone his trial again or to deny CLYW the resources to pursue justice in court. All rests on the BOD and its ability to fund the trials. I am very optimistic.
