I am not sure that T-Mobile would ahev stated they have every initention of closing the deal in the next 90 days (or less)

They knew where the Diac problem stood.

I believ they have every intention to close a deal with CLYW.

CLYW even has the OK form Diac that they negotiate a deal with them.

T-Mobile would have stalled in some other way,... instead of coming out and saying to the court that they can solve this thing.

I'm buying at these prices buddy... and would even contribute to pay a lawyer if they asked! We are all in this together, and my 6+ years of waiting only makes me more determined to see this through to the pot of gold at the end!

I believe Dave and the new BOD is planning to go to the end with this case. If some type of settlement comes up favorable to Calypso they might take it, otherwise I think they have the money set aside to handle the case. They know as well as anybody that this case is the one that determines Calypso's future and the money has to be there to provide sufficient legal representation. I think they have obtained the financing for this case. The prior cases were cut short due to insider problems in my opinion and I don't think you can make the same assumptions this time.
