In a right to work state no reason for dismissal is
needed. You may come to work and told that you are no longer needed and that's the end of it. You work at the wishes of the employer period.

That's not how I read it. The "Termination without Cause" letter was to end employment with JBI to transition to Plastic2Oil. #16.

He(plaintiff) accepted this role(#18, #20).

#21 he was terminated. I don't see the "Termination without Cause" letter having anything to do with the termination of the plaintiff on or about August 9, 2010 but I am not a lawyer either. And again, without having all the facts, I can't judge who was right or wrong.

When I terminate someone its for a darn good reason.

GREASE STAINS won't even be left behind JBII's process will run so clean and sweet.....i also predict that case will never see a court and will be dropped....i suspect he was fired for cause and it's going to stick.....
