I'm not sure if they can make a deal without first notifying Daic of the intention to do so and then give him 5 days to respond. At least this is what I think the 2008 agreement states. I would think the Calypso new BOD would be very interested in putting out news of an agreement post haste when one is signed. I don't think they need to keep it from Daic and in fact I would rub his nose in it. This would be a positive for Calypso because it would show that Calypso has been and is willing to negotiate deals, but due to prior negative influences they have been prevented from doing such. I don't think it would change the course of action at all. The Daic parties have had six years to get something going and haven't done anything to advance this technology or company. I don't see how withholding details would be of any benefit.
