I'm all for extending the time and no Tmob deal if it means reversing the original case so that the Daic parties lose. That would mean an instant $117 million benefit to Calypso and no Daic party involvement. That is a win win in my book. So Calypso would be starting from a zero balance sheet and anything as far as licensing deals would be gravy. No payments to Daic would be great.

I think T-Mobile will want to make a deal with CLYW regardless of the Diac trial results,... if it gets extended or not.

They want to be the first to cut a deal and they know they are legally dealing with the correct representative right now with CLYW.

Also,..they would rather deal with CLYW than Diac.
