Well since you don't have a copy of his employment contract you have no idea what the terms and conditions were....for all anyone knows he was fired for cause for not fulfilling his obligations or committed an act that was a firing offense.....

Right. Because most lawsuits filed by a fired employee contain details of what he did wrong.

If he had a history of not showing up for work and surfing porn all day when he did show up, for example, no doubt his lawyer would have included that. I'm sure all of the facts are detailed in his complaint.

Poor thing. Most people get fired who were nothing but hard, competent, trustworthy workers.
