JBII does not have a legion of professionals to tap into. I could see your point if JBII was much larger. However this is a very small, start-up company. Thus, how much experience does the BOD actually have dealing with the multiple facets of JBII integrated businesses?
"either perform your duties or get kicked to the curb" ... that is a funny statement from you. Like people in a start-up do not want it to succeed. IMO maybe the business plan had changed or they acquired a professional in the oil business that would be better for a given position. Thus, it might not be at all reliant on duties, but having the right skill sets.
All I really indicated from my last message is that a lawsuit will not help with the image of the company.
Yet, we will just have to see.
One last thing... if you are working for JBII I do not think you should be releasing information concerning company business e.g. the railroad shipping containers. This should be released in a PR statement. Why? Your response or my response could be deleted - giving some selected people insider information, which might be a problem in the future. This topic might not be a problem but it could lead you and the company into trouble in the future. JMO
