Naz stealth distribution. Declines and Down Volume leading the way on a 2nd day of new lows exceeding new highs. I could be wrong, but .86 does not sound like fear although it certainly does not look like a bottom either. FWIW

It is actually a pretty good indication here, we have not had this one that high either in the relapse to 2040 earlier this month, nor on the test of 2008 in January.
