It does mention an A/S increase and the potential for a minor R/S, they apparently are looking to uplist quickly, IMO and the current SS by my calculations has less then 8 mil available, targets are $2.50 by December and it highly unlikely we will see any SS change before 1-1-11 and even with an A/S increase it does not mean they are authorized, for example, their BK atty is taking commons as payment, what atty would take commons for payment of shares today that could be worth less in the future, his shares are restricted for 1 year, in light of any acquisition to where they might use a majority of the new as it would be more than likely those shares would be restricted as well IMO!
I am more inclined to think they might be aquiring a competitor/s with those shares, its a buyers market right now!!
