Calypso will be in a position to file multiple infringement suits once a licensing agreement is reached with someone. Just because they are currently using the Calypso patent without paying for it's use doesn't mean that they are off the hook for future or past infringement. I can see filing suits against ATT, Sprint and Verizon pretty much immediately, if they do not want to license. Then we go after the telephone and equipment manufacturers. What Calypso will need is a legal staff to handle all of the infringers and a large bank to hold the money, unless they institute a dividend for shareholders.
