I don't disagree with you. I think it is time this technology which Calypso has patented since 2004, be paid for. I believe the new BOD will do what makes the most sense for Calypso, which may be some type of negotiated settlement. I think the days of just signing off on agreements to further burden and place Calypso in deeper debt are over. Once Calypso gets a deal and some working capital, Calypso can then deal with the infringers such as Agito/Rivada. All of these infringers are getting and have been getting a free ride, up to this point. I have no doubt they will be paying the piper, once the Daic parties get out of the way. Calypso has lost six years of patent income, but hopefully that will end in Nov 2010.

Wow! Are you implying that Calypso had a deal with Rivada and Daic blocked it so Rivada did the deal with Agito, an infringer? I remember some rumors about a deal with Rivada in late 2008 but that was when Daic kicked Turrini out of the Company so I assumed it never was presented to the Company.

Now, how do we sue Rivada for infringing when they tried to do a deal with us and Daic refused?

Wow!
