Carm, they are asking to have that as an option in the POR will everyone agree, thats not up to you and me, its up to the other parties recieving common shares as well, and I would have to bet they dont want that to happen and have inside knoledge that makes them believe thier shares will be worth a lot more with out any RS, and I would not be suprized to see that section removed in the future!
