there are some inconsistencies in matters of your posts.

You wrote, that you received 45,000,000 Shares exclusive license for the SMART SMS Technology in 2005.

We found the following 8-K report in which is listed, that you received 40,000,000 shares for the exclusive license:

This all happened in 2005.

We found another 8-K in july, 2006 in which is listed, that all of the shares from the company were separated 1/100 !!!

due to this filings 45,000,000 shares became 450,000 !

This is unbeleivable from a know theif and con artist! does anyone know the whereabouts of Halldor Sanne? I have some sharks of my own I would like to send after him for the extrotion of 100,000 Euro from myself. Sanne has been extorting money out people for years and has been in hiding since 2005 himself.
