You guys need to understand how RM's work, in this case KruseCom has been pulling QSGI out of BK and simply taking a steak at repayment, the other thing to consider it the Atty getting paid with Commons at todays price, do you think any atty would take stock that he thinks will be worth less than today for payment, come on now!!

I'm a little worried that they'll start the dilution engines come Monday or next week now that people are all over it and will want to get in :)
