I’m gonna go out on a limb and predict that Teva will not launch generic Lovenox ever.

I know that you're careful in your choice of words.

1. Would a company like Teva receive approval and not launch the product?

2. If so, do you have any examples of this?

Teva will not launch generic Lovenox ever

Well I'm prepared to make a dinner bet (some nice Boston area restaurant) out of that prediction. I'll make it possible for you to collect by agreeing that you win the bet if Teva does not launch a generic Lovenox in the next five years.
