when you are doing a deal, you want to lock in at least 50% to take control and with offor and just a few, they will have those friendly shares to sign lock down agreements and the deal will say , we have these locked down X amount of shares and the board recommends that the rest of the shareholders do the same.

this company cannot buy any properties and run them. after you buy a property, you still have to have the people in place and the money to develop it. we don't have either one and i have never bought it. besides our employees are on month to month contracts and David bovell has started his own company, despite what erhc says. it sure upset them, didn't it? he jumped the gun.
