As a subscriber I don't see why they would need to compete in that way when I think about it. I thought their goal was 3 or 4 days anyway.

I joined gameznflix(8 out) saturday and received 2 dvds yesterday. According to the dates 2 should arrive today and 2 tomorrow I guess. No big deal.
The thing is I will probably watch maybe 1 or 2 movies this weekend. In my case an amazing turn-around time does not matter to me or the people I know in my area.
We watch on our terms.....our time. Especially the dvds with 8-15 episodes. Will watch 30 to 60 minutes at a time.(anime series,Babylon 5,Absolutely Fabulous, etc.)
I will probably keep the Halo 2 game for a while.

As far as games people I know keep them at least 4 weeks. Three families have been using the same 2-3 games since xmas.
Everyone I know has 8 out at a time.

What matters to me is No Late Fees.

I'm busy and I don't have time to keep track of who has faster turnaround. Heck.....we might go sailing this weekend and not watch anything at all.

And I don't know any marathon movie watchers with gameznflix or netflix.

razal,IMHO we don't have to. I believe most people will be satisfied with a 5-6 day total time for turnaround giving them as many as 15 movies a month with a three-pack. We won't have the expense of a zillion distribution centers, and don't forget, WE HAVE GAMES TOO.
