No one has ever proven the assests were sold in foreclosure other then some email that was posted on here which anyone could have written. Your right if that was the case there would have to be some kind of filing for chapter 11 or 7. I don't know if we as shareholders will ever see a dime, but that is why I contacted a lawyer to look into it and advise everyone else to do the same.
