#3748 RE: roelien #3747

Also as per the IHUB:

•Outstanding Shares
221,134,316 as of May 31, 2008
•Authorized Shares
700,000,000 as of May 31, 2008
•Float (shares)
51,134,316 as of May 31, 2008

in the filing it says 700000 AS shares? Which is correct now and what is the correct OS and Float as of today or yesterday? Anybody know or have an idea how to confirm?

No that would be a forward split. You would own 500.

A reverse split reduces shares. It does not increase them. Thus you'd have 5000 times less shares at a 5000 times greater price.

You're reading it wrong.. A 1:5000 reverse split reduces your 500000 shares to 100 shares at whatever the r/s price is.
