Maybe so many material subsequent events ocurred (after 6/30) that the footnotes had to be completely overhauled by legal so as to completely and accurately disclose all terms and conditions of their business transactions to the loyal, albeit information starved shareholders.
D- based on my conversation, I would be surprised if we dont see it this week.. But we shall see. Extension due date is October 14th anyway, which is only a week away now.
