That's what hit my radar. Post RS dump expected but 98.5% in one day = huge mistake. Started buying and the NSS Rule 3210 status appeared that day = minimum $50k cash position shorted (estimated as high as $300k) on 300 mil volume.

As I previously state there are only 2 places those shares could come from:

1. the company

2. NSS

Look @ the chart and the date the Flag started flying to see the prior days volumes that raised the flag.
