Steven, in fairness to the new IR group, they're located on the West Coast in San Diego. So, when you called at 10 AM EST, it was only 7 AM in San Diego. I would imagine their work day hasn't yet begun.
Of course, that doesn't excuse their non-responses to your other two calls. But, it does give them an excuse for not picking up the phone this morning.
