This company can't be fast. They have to wait for the environment, weather, permits, road conditions to be right to do things. If you release news just to make investors happy you end up with an investor group that doesnt think anything is important. As far as why the pps doesnt go up on PR's? We are a small group of investors and not a big company. We are not well known. When we hit something big the public will take notice.
