there is no simple way. but one way would be to make the people that outsourced the jobs pay for their profiting off of it, and give job opportunities back to the bottom rungs. business has shown they won't do that on their own, so some method of restoring opportunity to the folks that don't have the capital to start the climb themselves is probably necessary.

remember, all the wall streeters and CEO's didn't get rich off of each other, they made it mostly from the lower economic classes. So either they show some patriotism and work to restore our jobs and country at the expense of some of their share of their bottom line, or the greater number of people will have to force them to through force of democratic (small d) numbers.

So far, the top of the pyramid has made some of the lower group help them by dangling the carrot of possibilities, which has worked like a goat on a treadmill, but i think soon they will realize that they have been duped, and the tea party could backfire on them when they realize that it is corporate america that has taken their money and hope and jobs more so than the government.

What is your solution? trickle down has failed repeatedly, so what is your model other than that?
