I don't have any relation to the company other than losing money on the stock a year or two ago.
Based on all I have seen he simply just failed to make his business plan work and did everything he could to try and succeed at it. Do I think he scammed people...no. But doesn't mean I think he is a good CEO.
But in addition to that to speculate him being deceased and talking poorly about him in that manner....imo...is just not right.
