They just filed something on Sunbiz that looks like it could possibly be a R/S, not sure. Filings usually take a day or two to get imaged and put up on Sunbiz. I told you we needed to wait to see how deal is structured before risking serious money. When that new filing gets imaged and shows up for us to read I'll know whether this moves from lotto to a good play or gets flushed down the R/S toilet. Key point I don't know what is in today's ammendment but I would definitely keep an eye on that filing. Could be nothing could be a deal killer.
