Nah. It doesn't change our overall sharecount. We still own nearly 2x the float. The flippers and promotions will come and go. Meanwhile, we'll keep accumulating.

Here is my take on Buy and Hold.

1. At the inception of a pick, Buy and Hold is effective.

2. As the float gets consumed and the pps then rises at some point Buy and Hold still works.

3. If the HOY gets breached and set anew once and then the pps drops up to 50%, Buy and Hold still works.

4. If the HOY gets breached a second time and then the pps drops again 50% or more, then Buy and Hold no longer works.

Buy and Hold no longer works because by having 4 FLD's, it has become painfully clear that when resistance is met the main attention and firepower of the ones that brung us here moves to something else. I mean CDIV was the play, but no wait now there is GRNO. I know, CDIV is too hard, GRNO is too hard, how about PNTV being announced? Now, let's really see what we can do on EIGH. I don't mean to be critical, but Buy and Hold has its time and place, but the time and place are no,onger here. This stock needs to either be put out of its misery or finally pushed hard once and for all. Otherwise, you and I are going to see this drag out as long or longer as CDIV has been dragging her ass, and that is going on 18 months! This has the smallest float of the four, I don't get it, cabal or no cabal, conspiracy or not, it's time this one either puts up or shuts up. Just my humble opinion. I still hold my shares for what they are worth today, which is less than yesterday apparently and much less than 2 months or six months ago.
